Daily Schedules & Policies
Arrival & Pick-Up
Hours: 6:00am - 5:30pm
Doors open at 6:00am. All children must be in attendance by 10:00am. Pick up is no later than the 8th hour of signing in. Extended hours are available; see director for details. Late fees do apply after 8th hour of sign-in.
Meal Schedule
- Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:30am
- Lunch: 11:30am – 12:30pm
- Snack: 3:30 – 4:00pm
Holiday Closures
We are closed on New Year's Day, MLK Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the Friday after), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Daily Clothing
Please send children in comfortable, washable play clothes suitable for indoor and outdoor activities. Remember to label all items, including spare sets for messy fun!
Medical Records
Up-to-date state regulated medical and immunization records are required for all students. Please ensure we have current documentation on file to maintain a healthy environment for everyone.
Attendance
Absenteeism is limited to a maximum of three (3) days per week. Only sickness will be considered excusable. Upon return, parents must present the school with a doctor statement with returned date, and that child must be well.
Extra-Curricular Activities
Extra-curricular activities are provided by The Blooming Pot at little or no additional cost, so that each child is able to participate equally. These activities include: karate, seasonal waterplay, artistic expression, yoga, Spanish classes and creative movement. These activities are enriching mentally and physically as a child develops.
